Submission and Decision Timeframe
- Applications are accepted from April 1 - April 30, every year.
- We notify all applicants of receipt of their application by return e-mail. If you do not receive a response from us within 3 business days, please check back with us.
- Decisions are made Mid-June.
- Applicants will be informed of the status of their application by the end of June.
- We reply to ALL applicants by mail regardless of outcome — if we can't fund your request you will still receive a letter.
- If you do not receive a response by mail by the end of June, email tteekevin@dfhughesfoundation.org and we will investigate. The Post Office has lost letters (and Checks!) in the past.
